Venice Velocity Academy is a baseball skills camp rooted in the West LA community and built around one goal: making you a better ballplayer. Whether you're stepping on a diamond for the first time or looking to sharpen the skills that'll take you to the next level, VVA meets you where you are.
Coach Kevin Brockway is the head varsity baseball coach at Venice High School, where he has built one of the most competitive programs in the LA City Section. Last season, he guided the Gondoliers to a 28-3 record, an 18-0 Western League title, and runner-up CIF Open Division Championship. Before coming to Venice, Brockway coached at the collegiate level as an assistant at Cal State LA, giving him a development background that spans from first-year players to college-ready athletes. At Venice Velocity Academy, he brings that same standard of coaching to every camper — teamwork, sportsmanship, fundamentals-first, all working towards real improvement.
